Eva's started with soup. Four pots, every morning, all gluten free, nothing from a packet. That was 2010. Sixteen years later, the soups are still the first thing on, and they're still the reason half of Ennis walks through the door before lunch.

But it's not only soup. The Cajun Chicken Ciabatta has its own following. The pancakes keep weekend regulars coming back. Everything is made from scratch with no artificial flavourings or preservatives. Lavazza coffee. Suki loose leaf teas. And if the sun is out, you'll find the tables spilling onto the cobblestones of Merchants Square with half the town already sitting down.
